  14. Hello,
  15.     We are new to the ICON programming language and wondering what commands or routines are used to set 
  16. serial communication with another device(ie port assignments).  Our objective is take input from the keyboard 
  17. and send the data to another host processor.  We saw procedures like "popen" and "pclose".  Are these the
